I think more so it matters the type of people working for the broker. If they are all young and don’t know much about RE it may be worth thinking about.
You mentioned some brokerages don’t have support.
I know a large brokerage, and it’s all bad 😂
Again, it matters the people working as employees for the broker. That is a broker character trait if they seem to hire a certain type of person.
What a great video. Touched on so much here. 🥂

hi Wilson, the confusion for myself recently I get is that I am 3-year agent and I got some deals my own. i am seeking something new such as bigger companies might I can attract more clients, which I am not sure. But their split isn't good as my current small brokerage. For example, Compass is famous for its tech but how I would know it will help me to grow my biz since I am on my own for 3 years. It is 25-30% slips different......Should I try or not? Thank you

    • @bayareawilson

You’re just repeating all the questions that future Real Estate Agents have as opposed to answering them, and you know it. That’s when we all know you only do this for your own benefit and for getting views. Instead, you’re supposed to provide value. Your title is deceiving and makes us waste the most valuable recourse we have: Time. That is selfish of you.
