How do you foresee Ai sales reps that replicate realistic human interaction impacting the industry?

I think that AI will probably replace inbound and customer services roles, but the SDR role and cold outreach will be difficult to replace because cold prospects will not play along with an AI cold caller. That will be less of a factor when AI is completely indistinguishable from a human salesperson, but I am still optimistic that businesses will want a human on the front lines.
