I have watched this project from the moment you first discussed this, and I am happy to finally see the shape of it completed! Can't wait to see the birds in it!
My favorite moments: - Seeing Becky in her red dress out there like a boss woman with the net !!! - The family body building 😂 - The grit, determination and perseverance of finding a solution to this unique problem - The joyful relief of being 3/4ths done 11:28 - The reveal ❤❤❤ Well done 😊
Sitting on the edge of my seat! So stinking excited to get to finally see what I have been envisioning all this time. Dang, FIVE YEARS!? Time does fly. I remember all the way to the very begining when you guys were reading kids books, and your music video you and Becky starred in! To taking your chicken into town to the parade! Then seeing your family continue to grow, the exciting move and all the possibilities.... What once might have seemed crazy ( like getting a milk cow) to building a horse barn and learning to ride! What a fantastic trip this has been so far! I literally can't wait to see the aviary in its majestic glory and Thank God for all things he has allowed your family to do! Jake, you are such a good leader of your family! Becky your such a good patient mom! Those kids of yours are lucky to have both of you!! Congratulations to all of you! You guys mean so much to me, I feel as if I've known you forever. Like family! You've been here for me through some of the hardest times of my entire life!! Looking forward to seeing your even more of your adventures. One of my bucket list things that id love to do is visit the aviary one day..... Maybe. But even if I can't im sure happy you shared your lives with me!!! Jake & Becky, and kiddos! Thank you!
Wow it's been 5 years??!!! I remember when you started it. Time goes so fast. I am so happy when you post a video. I love your family togetherness and how industrious you all are. Beautiful family. Godbless you all. You're the best.
So cool. If you want green space inside but doesn't need to be mowed as much, clover may fit that bill and be a good bird food. Also, consider putting a couple geese in to help with the mowing. Congrats! A long journey but an amazing place for your family.
It’s really awesome to see how you all work together. The memories and life lessons you are giving your children is priceless. I really enjoy your Chanel and watching your family grow. So many blessings coming your way.
To think I was subbed to these guys at 400k subs and now they're over 1mil, I haven't been watching these guys a lot but I can see that they have gone through a JOURNEY, hope the emu still alive 😅 that naughty lil emu. This channel was my childhood💯❤️❤️💯
I feel for y’all. Me and my husband put a cheap thin 50x50 net up and that was frustrating (to say the least) took us all day. But y’all are finally getting it all together!
@whitehouseonthehil I have done a few enclosures just like yours and I had a crew of 8 guys. Plus we had government funding for all the pulley systems and machinery to do it. Hats off to you guys for putting in the work and hardship with minimal tools. Now that the difficult part is over you have the fun part of decor and landscaping. Also, for bird safety I want to point out that you don't want to drop any bedding or woodchips down because it can be harmful. If you do the research you will understand but if you want to keep minimal grass than I would suggest pea gravel. That is what my crew used to do the same. We did end up going back to them though because the owners wanted a little grass...we ended up making large planters of grass boxes. Again...hats off and grats on finally getting it up!
I am so happy for you Jake and Becky. I have been watching you since before you moved to this land and only had 2 little boys. It is always a highlight in my day when I see your new videos.
Been following from the start and honestly the best family on TH-cam instead of feely jealous or envious im filled with hope and determination to raise a family like this❤❤❤ from Australia
Wow! Sorry the netting gave y’all so much trouble. I had the same idea about putting tape over the bolts, etc. So thankful and happy to see you can begin to see the ending and then get beautiful birds into the aviary! Congratulations 🎉❤. Praying for y’all to get the birds moved safely after you get the ground part finished! Prayers continuing for y’all !🙏🏼♥️✝️🙏🏼🙏🏼
Oh my gosh you guys! YOU DID IT!!! Mad love and respect for each and every single one of you guys! What outstanding family teamwork! Way to go kiddos for your phenomenal help! If I was there I’d bring you all a huge ice cream sundae with ALL the fixins! Blessings guys!!!
I'm so excited to see the final reveal! I have a few chickens and we too have purchased netting to go over their yard. It didn't fit right, got tangled, branches getting stuck in the netting. We still haven't gotten it up as we need help. I feel your pain with the process. All in all your aviary looks beautiful and Excited for you all.
