In this PC Tutorial I will be showing you how to create a Google account without having to use a phone number but just remember if you do create a Google account without a phone number then if you forget the password then you wont be able to recover your Google account also using a phone number for your Google account adds extra security so I do highly recommend you use a phone number when create your Google account.

It works just fine. I just did so, I think the difference is you must be connecting through a UK server, I believe it's about privacy laws. If you connect from a VPN in the USA or Canada, it won't let you skip the phone number. If you connect using your UK server, it will show both phone and backup email as optional. The remainder of the world needs to take our privacy as seriously as the UK does, these companies are not your friend.

this wont work for people with blacklisted ip's, you mine as well named it how to create a google account normally because anyone with a non-blacklisted ip will always have the phone number as optional. Sorry, but the tutorial is a bit redundant. Just commenting since I came to see if you actually had a good method like opening it on your iphone settings account menu or other actual ways people had created over the years, but turns out to just be clickbait, so ill make sure to unsubscribe now.

You need to not be on a shared connection. VPN's are shared with people who do illegal stuff and get the connections (IP) blacklisted. Furthermore, if your Windows Account has been used to create many google accounts, or similar, it is tracked per Windows Account, so you must create a new one to be completely fresh and off the grid with Google. And even then, you might still get the phone option cuz these days they track everything down to how you navigate their webpages (javascript analytics), the paths you take, the page you came from(referrer header), and if that makes their algorithm flag you for some weird reason then youll be asked phone number. I know some security companies even use technology to track where your mouse is moving, how long it sits in one place, things like that. One company for example is Akamai. Google may also use this.

well, when i try creating google accounts, its very rare that that there is an optional phone number. It doesn't happen to me anymore, so now i cant create any google accounts. I tried doing this way, it didn't work. I don't get optinal phone number anymore. Also, no matter how much i try to create a google account, it requires a phone number. This video needs to be taken down because it doesn't work anymore.
