Peace and Spirituality as a the main reason to relocate to DR.
We have that category one hit the north coast few years back, but the country is made to withstand these hits with the elevation. We are truly blessed to be in paradise and have the ability to withstand these sort of storms.

The last major hurricane to hit the Dominican Republic, was George, in 1998 . It was a category 3.
