Vader is even more terrifying when you learn that when he fights other force sensitives he likes to sever their connection to the force. This makes them feel completely alone and vulnerable against him. The force isn't their to comfort them anymore.
Pretty sure he was never able to do that.
@@obsidikissnecrozine8457 you can do it to a opponent in real life without any of that force nonsense just by breaking someone’s concentration. It’s like pulling the rug out from under someone and clouding their thoughts. It happens in boxing ufc and wrestling all the time.

The Jedi always felt cold and extreme darkness when Vader was somewhere near them, I can imagine this bringing them out of focus, like a trauma.
@@G_Singh222 but that doesn't mean their connection was severed. As far as we know, Vader was never capable of doing that, because he was never taught that technique. We've seen ancient Jedi and mostly ancient Sith practising the sever connection technique, like Darth Nihilus.

I like this point of view because it almost kinda reflects off of obi-wan's perception/analogy whatever you wanna call it about the light side of the force, when leia asked him what it's like and he responded with something along the lines of "when you turn on the light in the darkness" like it's actually comforting to the jedi, crazy part is that this comment was made a whole year before the show came out lol
Time your breathing with the inhale and exhale sounds in the background and it will 100% calm you. Best meditation mix ever.
Or you can just breathe in, hold it 5 seconds then exhale.
For extra challenge tense your muscles when you inhale and relax when you exhale
I've been listening to these sith meditations while reading the Darth Bane trilogy, and I have to say it sets the mood perfectly.
My personal favorite, Darth Bane. I’m Reading the ‘Death Troopers’ (zombies one) and revisiting the sith music was perfect

Truth Sower The dark side isn’t inherently good or bad, neither is the light, it’s how you use them that is. The dark side is destructive in nature, but is destruction always bad? Take forest fires for example, they burn all the old trees/leaves/bushes/etc away and make room for new life to flourish. Is anger always bad? No, what if an unjust government is ruling over you, you get angry and decide to do something about it. Is the light side always good? No, we saw that the Jedi became corrupt in their power, looking down upon others, thinking themselves superior. The “light side” is inherently sustaining, is that always good though? No, people become corrupted over time due to their own shortcomings, a force sustaining “evil” things is not good. Now the dark side is fueled by negative emotions, but negative emotions aren’t always used for bad purposes. The light side feeds off of no emotion, essentially being a hollow person.

Revisiting Tie-Fighter again. I just got a ww2 German inspired fighter joystick. I am a nice guy though, but somehow in games I enjoy playing the Dark Side.

I love the photo. It’s a shame there’s not enough in the mainstream lore that shows Vader beneath the mask, the clone wars at the end did it perfectly giving a glimpse of his eyes as he looks up.
It really would have added more depth to his character and not just made him out to be an angry man in a suit.

It’s different, I wouldn’t use it for peacefulness or anything of that nature. But it’s good for mindfulness and clarity if you’re of a certain personality.

I’ve used it before, it calms me but yet also makes me more hateful but in a more calmer and constrained way, it feels unsettling at first like something is trying to lay hands on you and pull you down, I like to picture it as my anger trying to control and Devour me as a whole but fighting it and not letting it control you and getting its power is what I visualize as the successful meditation through this, it makes it a mental battle between your anger and hatred to your rationale and mentality basically trying to control and get the power your anger can grant but not losing yourself in it and having full control of hatred and anger, like the sith eyes, they appear when the users of the sith are fully embedded with the darkside with their anger like Maul and Anakin were but Those who master it have full access to the dark sides abilities and can do it without giving into anger fully and can just channel it at will like Darth Tyranus and palpitine since they can control it and appear without sith yellow/orange eyes

Pro tip: Just close your eyes and imagine your in a hospital or a creepy house and you're just finding your way out of there ..... Focus deeply and you'll realize you're astral body does respond to that...... After this...... You'll be able to get out of all your problems and you'll have an immense rage inside you 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Wheb i got aspiration pneumonia built a custom made vader mask that connect to my ariasol gas cap and yea in darkness when i breathe i use this same song and breathe and speak like vader . The darkness consumes me i am the sitharian legend. Chose one of the dark side. For darkness is at my aid. And i shall conquer what is rightfully mines.
