The sith are free and the jedi are not, the jedi are bounded by their rules and customs and this made them subject to government deception unfortunately.
@@ralphruiz-fo7rf Some may say there's a certain sense of freedom in the service and structure of the Jedi. It takes great strength to control one's emotions and not act on them like your average Sith. It can be very freeing.
@@crusader2112 True, but thats exactly what I mean, you are right in that MOST sith act on their emotions, but lets pause for a second and look at Palpatine, you need the patience of an angel to craft your political career to ensure the right moment to strike, the right moment to end the order. Palpatine was a man who did not rely on his emotions, he was not impulsive, and was not a man who was chaotic. In this aspect all jedi were under him in terms of the way Palpatine cultivated his mind, he was even better than yoda who was someone who lived for more than 900 years. Tenebrous is another sith who was very cold, and very thoughtful about the things he did. Its the people who achieve an elevated state of mind who are truly free, like the Byrds from the ozarks who despite all the odds managed to get away with everything they did, or the professor and his gang from money heist. Yes they had a lot of luck but look at what their elevated minds were able to achieve. The sith in this aspect are more free, most are suceptible to the nature of life because of how they conduct themselves, like palpatine and his pride which essentially made him think that he had Vader under control until he threw him overboard lol.

He constructed a new form at his time named Vaapad which branched from the sith form Juyo, whose to say that Windu successfully learned the sith form and learned to just not be suceptible to the effects of using it because doing so would be a path to the darkside. The form was a form of redirection, the very good question here about Vaapad, was the form actually redirecting the sith energy only? What if Windu was able to have the power of the sith but not fall to the dark side? Which was the point of the art but what I meant to say is DONT BE TRAPPED BY DOGMA OR RELIGION. Everyone even crazy people, poor people, or anyone something that everyone can learn from

There have been plenty of exceptions in Jedi history of figures tapping into the Dark Side and resisting its temptations and were stronger for it. One more thing: When you said “don’t be trapped” just say Dogma. Religion is not this evil force stifling knowledge learning. Catholic monks saved much knowledge from the Fall of Rome and preserved it and the Catholic Church established some of the first universities in Europe.
