I'm catching up and binge watching while, well, watching Resident Evil...
I like your tours. Now back to Resident Evil: Lennar Townhomes with Tyler.
The floorplan is well done. Two issues: stairs are hidden, two, the powder room can substitute for a dance floor, it's really large.
BTW, I believe Zombies don't like water, so in addition to a fire suppression system, it can repel zombies. Quite handy.

Lol I hate it too. Use to set off the smoke detectors off all the time. Honestly I feel like so many people nowadays just pick up takeout or Uber eats/door dash.
