You have to get stronger plyos, sled pulls etc and sprint.
What are Plyos? I've got a sled to workout with but I haven't used it yet it's sitting away in my closet collecting dust. But I'll take your advice though thanks I appreciated it!

Thanks for the info! I've sprinted 6.4 to 6.35 60 meters never got it below that.
