    Segovia. Moonachie. The best steaks and seafood. The River Palm. Steak nirvana.

    Two of the restaurants that you covered Elements, and Agricola are in Princeton which is located about twenty minutes from where I live near the state capital city of Trenton.

    Not mentioned are the Café Panache in Ramsey and the Saddle River Inn in Saddle River. The two best restaurants in NJ for years according to many culinary applications
