- Welcome to Twin Elm Farms! On this channel we show what its like to farm in southern Manitoba, Canada. The farm consists of Kendal, wife Lindsay their kids Hayley, Parker, Jaxon and Brock. Kendal's older brother Darryl, wife Heather, their kids Mackenzie, Dylan, Quin and Ryenne. With our right hand man Pieter. We have other part time help throughout the season, Arch (combine operator) Terry (field work) and Rob (cattle help). We crop corn, soybeans, wheat, oats and canola. We have a cow/calf operation of mostly Simmental and Shorthorn with some other breeds in the mix. Hope you enjoy our content, please subscribe, give it a thumbs up and love hearing comments.

Another great video! Thanks for taking the time to share it!!
I had a small fire on my combine. I rented a Towable Compressor 185 CFM. Every farmer should have one. With the combines they have now days with the Exhaust Emission they have to run hot. I will buy one over the winter.
Great video as always guys
good video
That was awesome Guy's looks like you're getting some really good harvest weather hopefully it continues for you and everything keeps going smoothly for you
I'm glad Dillon smelled the fire on the combine and got it in time and prevented what could have been a disasters situation
Really enjoyed the video as always looking forward to the next one
Best wishes from Ireland 🇨🇮
I definitely prefer running the combine but don’t mind trucking as well. Its just me and my dad so we keep the 7120 going with him in it and i run our 2188 until we have the trucks full then i go dump them. On a good year that turns running truck and combine into a pain, get 2-3 hoppers after dumping trucks then you’re back dumping trucks again. Lots of in and out but if the grain is coming in thats all that matters
That will be "IDEAL" to watch 😂
We were loaded with grass hoppers.
Is the demo combine dark grey?
After 10 hours change filter again
I figure 40ft x 1 mile. Is 5 acres?
Yea think that's correct. 8' x 1 mile should be ana acre
@@farming4g thanks. I just know 16ft haybine 1 pass 1/2 mile is 1 acre.
