Great to see the herd. Thanks! Enjoyed the video.
Thanks
Are you planning on weaning soon
Nice stock!
11:30 both of those steers look awesome
Thanks for the cattle tour!! They're looking good!!
163, yep that sure was something when it was born. A cow given birth to a minivan :)
Nice animal
Thanks for the cattle up date they all look good.🐂🇨🇦
Nice looking herd!
Free Martens taste as well as any other so, send her/him/she/they to freezer camp ! Yum Yum!
Was that one with a weird back end a twin?
Looks like one of mine. She's a hermaphrodite.
Ohh I see you answered that question! Lol
Nice went everything works out well
Is that miracle? She's beautiful 😊😊😊
That's miracle, lost a tiny bit of the ears but hardly anything
I’ve saved a few calfcicles. They are pretty tough little suckers
Just curious with the different equipment who has the best and fastest service and the availability of parts
We have 2 awesome Gleaner dealers, Drummond Farm Service and Little Morden Service. We feel very fortunate we have 2 dealers 30-40 minutes away. Fendt dealer is Little Morden and Agwest. Both 30 minutes away.
That was awesome Kendal wheat finish it must have been a great day with 4 combines family and friends getting the job done Darryl run through on the features in the fendt and the comparison's between the combines was interesting and awesome. Looking forward to seeing you running the demo baler and how it goes and you're taught's on it Really enjoyed the video as always looking forward to the next one Best wishes from Ireland 🇨🇮
Excellent video! Really enjoyed the combine comparisons. That Fendt is awesome but the Gleaner still wins in my book! Great work guys and keep those harvest videos coming!
Ya we love our Gleaners too
Thanks for explaining the features of the demo vs your S98's. Always fun to try something new. Also good your wheat is done. Great video, sure enjoyed it.
Wow, What a GREAT Video. I really enjoyed your explanation and your videography. Thank you ever so much. John from Australia.
How did u guys like the fendt combine?
It was impressive, it's a very different combine than our Gleaners. It was also a class 9, our Gleaners are class 8, so the fendt should do more per hour. The unload was very fast.
Great video 😅
Very interesting thanks for sharing. Watch those augers. 😮
Nice Massey tractor and baler.
I don’t think i would ever be able to run a combine with no steering wheel especially with the joystick on the left side. My left hand is nearly useless for any small movements except for steering so a wheel is definitely better for me
Great video!! Lots of excitement with all those machines.
fendt combines are nice combines in your hands and to see gleaners to
Good job!!
Fendt combines - Mike Mitchell. 🥶🥶🤷🏻♂️
Fendt is good combine,
The gleaners chop it up like our 7120, we can drop the straw and put out chopper into low speed but still hard to bale behind. Our old 1660 and 2188 with the beater and no chopper can drop alot better swath behind them but on a dry year they still turn everything to powder.
Too much work for me but I love watching your family till the soil
The best episode of the year is when the first calf of the year was born, Daryl had to drive at night in a brutal storm to find the calf half frozen. Then had to work like crazy to save it. Could you show us what that calf looks like now? (We already know what Daryl looks like 🤪) Thanks
I posted a youtube short with that calf. That is an embryo calf and will be in a pure bred heifer sale in a year
Couldn't work with a freaking bossy prick!
Does the 9T have a steering wheel? Stay safe with all that machinery moving around.
No steering wheel, I believe Darryl does more sharing on the combine in the next video.
You guys put out a 1st class video, wow, with all the hustle and bussle of harvest, the content you guys put out gives me the feeling that I'm on the farm with you guys. Keep up the great work
Hey, thanks for this. I often wonder what I should be doing differently with my videos. Nice to hear they are liked.
Thanks for sharing!!
great video
That's awesome to get all that extra help but sure makes a lot of extra moving parts. I hope you can get your wheat cleaned off. Thanks for the video.
Very cool interesting 🧐
Thanks For Sharing
Wow! What an exciting time for Twin Elm Farms! So happy to see so much agricultural team work harvesting and building! Don't believe I have ever seen this much $$$ machinery working together on any other channel. Thanks for taking the time to do this video while you are so busy completing harvest.
Maybe John Deere will bring one out now
Lol I don't think John Deere knows we exist. We owned a 4730 sprayer before we got our rogator.
Hello! Is Gleaner still "The Cleaner"?
Baler
I must’ve missed it, I’m having to play with my Yorkie while watching lol 😂
On a windy day our 77 would reverse and sucked chaff on the motor then it would light then blow the embers down the side of the combine……bottom line shut off the reverser
Why don’t you guys bale the straw
We have certain fields we dropped straw. We only drop enough straw for what we need
We had our S98 fan pitch sensor fail at 1200hrs. I think it is a common issue with those flexxair reversing fan sensors. Ours just would not reverse on its own or do the auto adjustment according to temp. May not be your issue, but might be something to be aware of. The pitch angle sensor in the fan hub is a fairly intricate little setup. (FYI, you can source those sensor parts from flexxair direct for like ⅓ the price agco will sell it for)
We changed thermostat, it was only opening at 190, supposed to open at 180. I think the reversing fan kept trying to cool and that was bringing straw into compartment. But we will keep this in mind, so far everything is under warranty.
Another great video guys, love the channel
Glad you caught it before it got right out of hand ..
