It's an unusual siting on the lot, with car access on one side and pedestrian access on the other. There are plenty of mature shrubs to use in your landscaping plan. The house layout is also a bit different, but you can make some adjustments as you do the updating.
Don't like this one, rear garden is more like a front garden, front garden is shingle and too open. I wouldn't want to be cooking and have someone walk into the conservatory and knock on the door, especially door salesmen etc. Very strange layout, what were they thinking when they built this.

How very strange. Would need a lot of work, new kitchen & bathroom and central heating needed. Not sure that the asking price reflects this.
