It's cheap as chips and has outdoor space which is unusual for a property this cheap so there's going to be compromises!

A bath? In Spain? In Andalucia? Not very hygienic ….. walk in shower is more civilised and clean, and fresh (cool) for those hot summer days. I am in Valencia and 5 showers a day is a must, five baths sounds like hell on earth to me

We are in Andalusia Granada 😂 province. I have a shower, stand cleaning my teeth, there is literally perspiration running off me! Running down my arms and legs. You cannot put clothes on they stick to your skin, I sit with a bath sheet round me for 20 mins ! Nearing end Sept it’s now on a definite cool off here, but still very warm in the day.
