    What's the mechanism for this product to stimulate the VN? Vibration?

    IMO nothing matters except low bedroom temps and low blood glucose at bedtime. Everything else is toppings

      Low temps are good. I bet my resonant breathing HRV increase can beat your low temps HRV increase tho 🙃

    Do you besides this also tens? I already have a T machine, but to be honest I do it less. Because I also meditate, breathwork and other stuff. Would you recommend Tens of this one if you had to choose?

      So far I'm a non responder to TENS unfortunately. So many people have had good results with tens. If tens works for someone I'd say make that the main modality
