The suspension was way too soft off the showroom floor. Bottomed out and wallowed around like a drunken elephant... so we made it stiffer. Not necessarily stiff. Still plush and compliant but has enough behind it to keep from bottoming at higher speeds. And we make no mystery of the fact that we are a media company and creating these videos with the brands that support us is part of the gig... it's what we do. Drive / Ride we apologize and will get you a refund immediately! ;)

It's something we were playing with in-house. Just amber "clear-bra" vinyl material that we cut on our plotter.

No, we put those together in house. A one off custom set. We may re-produce a few but haven't gotten there yet.

the only problem is smallish fuel tank :(
Larger after-market tanks out there. But, with fuel injection the range is a lot better than with a carb bike with the same size tank ; )

You can also buy the KTM 690 which has a 25mm shorter suspension.

They kind of addressed that with the 790 Adventure. Clearly a different platform, but a midweight parallel twin for long distance riding.
A lot of that is nonsense Stiffening up the suspension,why would you do that?!!
Because it was so soft it bottomed out and didn't track well. Add any load to the bike at all and it really wasn't fun.
