I love Heihachi's inclusion in this version of Soulcalibur II. Sure, he was chosen at the last minute since the deal with Cloud Strife being the original PS2 guest character fell through, but Namco did a great job with Heihachi's moveset, despite not using a weapon like the rest of the characters.

Since Namco develops both Tekken and Soul Calibur wouldn't be surprised they'd know how to handle him
Wow, really? Cloud WOULD have been interesting, not gonna lie, but Heihachi makes sense as well, so it still worked out in the end, I guess.

I love how most of the characters in soul calibur uses a sword. Heihachis like. Who needs a sword.

Man these graphics were insanely good for a PS2 game. I'm convinced that SC2 looks better than SC3 graphically. Nice TAS too - Heihachi is my favourite character in all Tekken games, and in SC2 was pretty much 1 of 2 characters I used.. alongside Knightmare!

@@metagross9092 Maybe it could have been due to maybe... a work in progress time machine that went haywire, sending Heihachi to the time of Soul Calibur II. Course then he would have to be canon in Soul Calibur 2, and it’s sequel till he could be sent to Tekken again.
