so obviously i’ve catched up on all of the episodes of moving, but seeing this Naju episode again, it made me realize that she is one of the smartest retired agent. also she was always prepare for this moment, seeing how her guns are placed all over her salon.

Second-string is a sports reference meaning the second line up (not good enough for first). I think they mean second-rate but Guryongpo is a town or region in Korea. All the agents are named for their town or region. So keep an eye out for someone from Guryongpo.

A bit yeah but I feel as if the weights in the backpack would be a full-body workout but like, almost cardio. Helps with lean muscles and general strength but not really muscle-building -- which explains how he has enough strength to carry so much. And the ankle weights SHOULD build up and make his calves and thighs muscles but he shuffles his feet a lot and doesn't do like proper walking/running to really work the muscles.
