Mochi is a cutie! I'm taking care of about 10 cats right now because the street I moved to has a colony of strays. It's challenging finding homes for them, getting them fixed, keeping them fed and safe and warm, but I love them so much.
@@dinaboop we live in S.W. FL and there are always feral cats that need a free meal & a safer place to sleep.We’ve “trapped” 3 and had them neutered/spayed over the years. Our county has a program so there is no charge if you afirm they are truly strays ( feral).1 lives in inside with us.We love him dearly.
oh that's really good! I spoke to one of the foster volunteers and she said there's been so much more kittens this year because of all the strays not fixed and that its been hard to find them all homes and the funding to keep them safe and fed. 😿

Mochi is beautiful! She’s gonna be a fluffball when she grows up! I adopted a kitten during the summer and he is such a joy to have around. Cats really do enrich your life in wonderful ways. ❤
I also just got a diluted calico Kitten who is about 2.5 months old. We found her on the side of the highway and I just fell in love. We named her Junko.
She’s absolutely adorable!🥰 I have a diluted calico/Torbie (tortoiseshell/tabby mix) and her colorings are exactly the same! She even has marks on her face where there’s yellow and gray like Mochi’s chin. Love it. ❤ The bed looks so comfy and I’m sure she’ll grow to fill the whole thing. 😂

Lovely bed for an adorable kitten. I keep a lint roller near me when sewing and stick all my cutoff threads securely on it. My cat would try to eat any loose threads he could get ahold of. You can’t be too careful!
Mochi is absolutely GORGEOUS! I love the bed you made her! The bias tape looks really nice and finishes it off . I think it may have needed a lot more stuffing in the sides. Probably double what you used. It will give the sides more rigidity especially over time. 😺😻
I really enjoyed the introduction video of Mochi and the making of dear little Mochi's bed which looks so pretty. Looks like Mochi is enjoying it too! What a dear little kitty. I also have a rescue kitty called Cami (short for Camomile tea) she was already named this when she arrived. She was 8 weeks old about as big as Mochi. Cami is part Siamese and tabby so she is very vocal when she wants things and she rules the house lol but we Love her very much too. Thank You for sharing.

That is such a cute name, Mochi.Funny how we name our pets after Japanese food. We had a white rabbit named Onigiri. My other daughter has 2 cats, one is Nori and the other is Kinako. Mochi is gonna be spoiled. Puddles has two cat towers, and toys scattered all over. I'd tell her to put it away but she just ignores me. 🙃Right now, my husband is playing with her. He has a cat fishing pole, like fly fishing with feathers at the end. She's an indoor cat so that's how she get her exercise. Love the kitty bed.
