I have been to KL a few times. It was always the stop over destination at the airport, but I wanted to see it anyway. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was and how happy I was to be there. I really enjoyed the Times Square shopping centre with the largest cinema screen in the Southern Hemiphere. In KL there was a nice butterfly garden. I also enjoyed catching the mono-rail to get to places. On the down side, the weather could be hot and sweltering. Driving by taxi could be extremely slow in the city, especially at rush hour. Oh, one other good thing, you can actually check in your luggage at the train station when traveling by train to the airport. Oh, when you go to the Bartu Caves bring some bags of peanuts to feed all the monkeys as you walk up the stairs.
So excited to be heading over in September. Haven't been in 35 years! Fooood, shopppping and those incredible, surprising jungle hikes right near the heart of the city 😊😊😊😊
We LOVED KL!! My 3 young children enjoyed our entire time there. I wish I had wanted this film before going, as you give some really great locations to add to an itinerary! We look forward to our next visit! Wonderful film!

I don’t think local will go to jalan alor. In fact we will avoid in every fibre of our living, unless we have a visiting relatives or friends who insisted to pay a visit. Even that we go with a rolling eyes. Lol

You felt bored because you don't know where to go and doesn't mingle with the local. If ggogling interesting place isn't your cup of tea, ask local where is the interesting place. Just my 2 cent tips.

KL is an amazing and incredible city and I've been fortunate to have visited it 6 times already
