Chaox started to disregard TSM, he went late to practice and didn't really give a shit about things inside the team. He refused to even apologize so Regi decided to replace him with WildTurtle.

he was undermining regi's control of the team, basically. He was sort of justified in some of his criticism, regi had a very harsh way of doing things (still does, but he's mellowed out a bit) that was rubbing them the wrong way. Chaox stood up to him, but he didn't handle it well and stuck to his guns. That said, regi's criticism of him was justified as well, as stated below, he was showing up late to practices and other things.
Really, neither part was innocent, but it's Regi's team, not Chaox's, and ultimately the decision was his to make.
