Any time you have a veggie or tomatoes on a pizza, it will leak a bit. I recommend doing the same thing with the veggies as you did with the mozzarella. (Squeeze that water out!) And I don't see mushrooms, but those are the worst in terms of soaking the dough--for future reference. Looks great though! Good job! :)

Hi Tim I'm going to Orlando on November I have a disabled person with me do u know if the parks have things to get around on as he can't walk far
Each park sells motorized wheelchairs and normal wheelchairs if that helps you out

I make pizza at home quite often and it is the liquid from the veg that makes the dough soggy, it's a nightmare I don't know how people avoid soggy dough, it really ruins the amazingness that is pizza :(
