My mum craved roast beef and cherries (not with each other) when pregnant with me and cherries are my favourite fruit. I love beef too. For my sister she craved fried egg on spinach (sounds disgusting) and my sister hates both of those things.

When I was pregnant I used the app Ovia Pregnancy and it has a list of all the foods that are okay and not okay to eat during pregnancy! It lists practically everything and it’s a big help.❤️😇
Shout out to the honesty of “still trying to figure out this whole pregnancy thing”. You all do what you do, I am sure there is at least one person going to say “you can’t eat that while pregnant” about ANYTHING on earth. Don’t listen to them. You know your body and you know your doctors. ALL THE LOVE IN THE WORLD TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. You deserve all the happiness available.
I feel you on the people giving you advice on what to eat. Honestly, eat whatever you’re comfortable with. When in doubt: don’t. I felt comfortable having an occasional coffee near the end when I could stand the smell again, but only because I felt okay doing so. Don’t feel pressured and love every moment of this pregnancy, because it’s over way too quick 😭❤️

As a British person I love how Jenn was asking stuff about how you're "supposed" to eat the food like bangers and mash, it's funny to me because it's such a normal meal here that I wouldn't think about how it's supposed to be eaten and would just eat it like anything else. Love you guys!

A Disney challenge would be awesome! I was at Disney the other day, and I was thinking about you should have a challenge to ride every attraction per land in the Disney parks! For an example, ride every ride or watch the shows in Fantasyland . Then, ride the attractions in Tomorrowland, and so on. I know it would be difficult for Jenn to ride certain rides due to her pregnancy. I’m thrilled for you guys! I hope I can see you guys at Disney one day! Much love

Jen, I’m pregnant too. 15 weeks. The low down on lunch meats is the listeria risk from the way it’s prepared. Safer to avoid it in the first trimester, UNLESS you eat it steaming hot. So you are better safe than sorry!! :)

Hey Jenn! Most people recommend avoiding cold cuts during pregnancy to avoid any chances of Listeria. While it is extremely rare, since babies are so delicate and susceptible it is recommended you avoid it. BUT you can have deli meats/ cold cuts if you cook them (usually in the oven) until they are steaming as that should kill of any Listeria (if there was any in the first place). Really it’s up to you and the choices you make! Everyone is going to give you advice and pressure you into being pregnant a certain way, they will all have different opinions. Remember to do what is right for you, your family, and your body! You’re gonna be a great mom! (And you’ll be a great dad Tim!)
