Most of my friends have been dog owners and seem to have settled on Aussie Heelers to be really great trail dogs. I thought I recognized that stance and gait in this video. One friend had a border collie that was really incredible but was always getting burrs and stickers & whatnot tangled up stuff in its floofy fur. I ended up inheriting a beagle who was absolutely impossible out on the trail. A few grand in training later, I learned that total randomness and ignoring every possible distraction to chasing their nose is a primary feature of the breed as hunters. Oh well.
Sorry to be so offtopic but does anyone know of a way to log back into an instagram account..? I was dumb lost my password. I love any tips you can give me!
@Kaleb Malik i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and Im in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I dont know how long ago you were in Durango, but if you're still around there then you should drive down the 550 to Albuquerque and do the white mesa trail. It's one of the best MTB trails in that area! I also hope you got to ride the Hermosa trail in Durango... epic
HI Mo & Hannah, greetings from OTE in Fruita. Very fun trails there and I'm kinda surprised to NOT feel any E bike haters. Keep the vids coming & have fun in Moab. And, be careful!
I just subscribed watching the Bus video brought me to you guys or is that yours I can't remember sorry. But when your tour guide said she was a below-average bike rider. I didn't hear the rest really so I was thinking she wasn't much of a athlete at all. Holy f look at what she got you guys into.lol you're in my home state we grew up having horses. My dad and his brother would literally break trails with a hacksaw for all of their Mountain rides with their horses been places nobody has ever been. Well some years later when us kids were all grown my dad still had a couple horses I sure as hell couldn't write them. Way to spirited anyways my oldest brother and my dad started riding mountain bikes. My dad was 60 years old when he took up this sport! So basically they did the same thing with the bikes as my dad did with their horses! My dad always ate very healthy too.. he lived till 98 years old.. would still be alive actually but he did not want to get a simple procedure about 10 years ago to remove his prostate so he died from that cancer.. but seriously he would still be alive today.. only had a pacemaker because of his age and took high blood pressure medicine. Neither one of my dad or my mom believed in taking prescriptions and that goes to prove its best you don't unless you absolutely have to.. anyway since you're in my home state 8 months of winter it's torture for me so I haven't looked there in a long time the rest of my family still all lives there.. sorry, comments so long lmao
I got on a bike for the first time since May for you guys! That's how much I love you. Let me know if during your travels you want to meet up with any of my other friends for some mellow adventures. :)
you should edit out the part where the guy recommends animas mountain because I just did that ride at his recommendation and it totally sucks. everyone I talked to in town also hates that ride. they either don't do it, or only do it for the workout. also, the link to the trail you did was wrong, so you should fix that, too.
Awesome job, I grew up there and started mtb in 1984. Haven't been there in a few years can't wait to get back.
from a single no dog van lifer and now a van lifer w a dog, i would say a dog (especially a trail dog) is a great addition to van life

Mo I think its far time you got yourself an actual mountain bike helmet ⛑️
Everyone needs to thumbs up this
Part of Mo's M.O. is to be a bit of a kook - while shredding it.

Stoked to see you guys in D town! I love living and riding down here, yew.
Love this video. The GoPro effect was very noticeable. That rock roll is way steeper in real life.
I like how you guys mix up the footage and commentary from both of you. You're a great team!😋
