I can’t imagine stitching on 56 count fabric! I do stitch quite often in 40 count though, so maybe it wouldn’t be too bad....
I’ve always wanted to stitch Consider the Lilies or His Eye is on the Sparrow but have never taken the plunge and bought either of them. I’ll enjoy watching your progress and perhaps you will inspire me!

Love all your progress and I did start with the border on the winter Rose too so think you will be fine even with one off. One tip :please try to improve lighting on videos other than that you are doing 👍🏼 great 😊 happy stitching

It has been so much fun participating in March Madness so thank you for sharing your projects. Awesome progress and smart thinking about Winter Rose. How do you figure out your percentage on your projects? Is it by stitch count or just your progress? Consider the Lilies on 56 count, OMG but that will be beautiful plus you just gave me a great idea for Maynia. I could never do a start each day but a motif a day sounds great. I got Emily Foster and she is a joy to stitch on 56 count. Plus HATS charts are awesome. The Little Gems on 45 count or 56 count are so much fun to do. I do get my 100/3 from Hobby House Needleworks plus they have the eighth size linen in 56 count which works perfect. I find 56 count very relaxing to stitch on, plus Hobby House Needleworks has Mary Arden needles (size 12) which works out great with the 100/3 silks. Have fun with March Madness and stitching.
For my progress I mostly just guess... However, I did start using Pattern Keeper with my MFE Fruits of Plenty and it tells me exactly how much. I may start trying that on others--but I do prefer the paper copy. Oh nice--I need to check out Emily Foster! I got my first Little Gem in the mail this week--I cannot wait. Okay, I need to try Hobby House..>I've been meaning to. I can't wait to share notes with you when I start my 56 count project!

I think it sounds like you have a strategy to tackle the 56 count and you are keen so those things make it worth a go. Mind you, you’re not making it easy on yourself starting with such a huge project! Go for it anyway and enjoy the process and the learning experience. Lovely floss tube as always.
