Was such a good time. I will agree with you %100 maasto fitness has such a good program for racers. I’ve being using them for about 5 months( spent about 1 month sick over the winter) but man they have helped me as 30+c rider . Good looking laps see you at the next one
Man I CANT wait for the hare scramble!! 10 pines is always prime venue !! Glad you found parking!! lol I took 11th in my class after hugging a tree 3rd enduro test took a stick into the shoulder a couple stitches but nothing major thankfully!! See you at Ogemaw for round 2
Great video! Without giving away the secret sauce, what would you say makes the exercise program effective for dirt bike riding? How is it unique for what a rider needs versus other programs? Glad you’re getting great results!
I can't really compare it to other programs, but I can very much say it surprised me when I started. A lot of the workouts will have you using muscles that you only use mostly while riding. I was sore the first week or two in areas I didn't think were possible lol. Definitely noticing a change though being on my 3rd or 4th week.
In this Michigan sand, you will find the limits of those forks and the shock in no time. You should hit up Jeremy Wilkey at MX Tech Suspension, it'll change your life. Nice race on Sunday! There was a lot of really fast talent there and it got a little crowded due to the volume of riders. But a great time was had for sure!
One question, in the Hare Scrambles/ Sprint Enduros, do you prefer tinted goggles or clear. I'm trying to decide what to take, but I want to be able to see in the wooded sections pretty good.
I always wear clear. I've tried to wear tinted in the past but I prefer clear. A lot of guys wear tinted I think its a preference but for me its hard to see deep in the woods with tinted.
@@Captain250FX Thanks for the reply. I was thinking about rocking a clear lens, just didn't know if the sun glare was going to be an issue at some of these events.

Thanks, nice meeting you as well! I've watched your videos for several years and I knew that was you when I seen your jersey. 🤝

More flexibility in the hips for one. It's a really well put together program.

Is there a general rule of thumb for suspension for Michigan sand? Better to have it stiffer or softened?
Yes, it was crowded towards the end of the day. I had my suspension done by EE and its much better than it was stock. Thanks for watching!
Watching to see if we crossed paths at all lol
these sprint enduros look so fun!
So we're riding the next one together then? 🫵
Ryan and Derek passing you back to back. Im sure derek wasn't upset when you stopped and thought he would take the inside. All good
🤙
