I definitely agree with your comment. If people were able to comprehend the fact that cooking is a SCIENCE..we wouldn't see those ridiculous comments posted. I love Stacey's recipes and instruction..she explains everything in detail and is a joy to work with.
I have done two or three of your recipes now and find them really tasty, well explained and once you have prep'd everything so quick, my husband said it is the closest he has had to having a Chinese meal in a restaurant. Thank you and keep them coming.
