So many people go on about how Vallejo paints are shit! Your making them work great, I use them as well and if thinned right they work great imo. Nice session. I'm picking up some great tips.

Brilliant trick with the business card. Why is it the simplest things we never think of doing? 😁

    Are you using flow improver?

Small Soldier I use Tamiya X20A with a drop of Tamiya acrylic retarder.

You use Tamiya thinner with Vallejos?

Small Soldier no flow improver just Tamiya’s new retarder, this mix works with most acrylic based paints.

    What’s your pressure

I usually spray between 25 to 20 PSI when using a 0.2mm airbrush and Vallejo Model Air paint 😂

No worries, I’ve not used the Vallejo surface primer so can’t say how it will work but have not had any issues with their model air. If your having flow issues try using some Vallejo acrylic flow improver and or retarder to help it through the airbrush and to self level. It is useful to get an old model kit to practice painting on till your happy with the consistency of paint flow and finish, I bough old part built kits off eBay to do this, a very cheep way to learn👍
