Cool relaxed video. Realistic comment. Who would want to buy a car without FSD?I enjoy just seeing the area too. So many Teslas! Thanks. I just cannot wait for FSD here in Scotland
Appreciate that! There's so much going on right now and with it being "BETA" I understand how people can get upset they're paying to be a tester but its cool and fun to be a part of the progression so I don't mind. Eventually it really will be the thing most will want. Some will still want to drive but the use cases for FSD to drive the elderly, or the impaired, etc. will be huge! Cheers and hope it comes there sooner than later. We call this "Tesla-time."
@mrnew2you awesome! I was in bed updating the truck wondering if I should start testing or wait 🤣 what do you think about it? I've loved 12.5.5 so far 🤘😎🤘
Tesla Offial insurance should cover FSD damages. Especially, the ASS where the driver isn’t even in the car. Nobody’s insurance will cover the damages in a parking lot where driver isn’t in car. What happens when people start being liable for 10s of thousands in damages and no insurance protection? It’s easy to click a “check box”, it’s hard to take responsibility in a court of law when someone gets hurt.
@TheGreatestJuJu yeah this is definitely a hot topic for sure. They get away with it now because it's a "beta" and you, the driver, are opting in and agree to be paying attention. IMO this isnt "ready" until they're committed to taking the blame as well. That said, I wholeheartedly believe we'll get there and people like me enjoy nerding out at progress along the way
Yeah usually in other iterations, they have... not sure if it's a thing with this version or what. Clearly the car knew they were there because it didn't enter the coned-off lane buttttttt there's no visual representation to show that and usually they're pretty good at that kind of stuff. Maybe next version?
@jn3750 so far it feels like it. Tesla publishes there's 1 crash per some 6.8 million miles using these features. That's compared to 1 crash per 1.5 million miles without them. Seems like a really great improvement. Can't get drunk, is always paying attention, doesn't look down on phone, etc. It ain't perfect, but it's pretty impressive so far 🤌

ASS has a deadman switch, the operator is 100% in control to stop it within a second.
New driver/AI Driver sticker, do it!
@@3s843a 🤣 yes!!
That’s kind of scary that the cones don’t show up - don’t know if the car sees them

Can you send the truck empty to another location for instance if you have to send a package?
@gabakusa one day..... that's the dream. Go uber people downtown all night and don't come home until you've made $300 haha
@@MikeyJohnstone LOL
Cybertruck self-driving... so you don't have to admit you drive one.
@@gdutfulkbhh7537 🤣 you do have a point there
AO!
any chance you hook a camper trailer on and experiment...
@jarrydthomas1740 i have a flat bed trailer - 16 footer and could try.... very curious actually. Will do this soon!
Can you switch to the passenger side and will it keep driving?
@gabakusa probably not haha
No. Camera tracking inside cab won’t allow it.
IS IT AS GOOD AS MOST HUMANS?

@@MikeyJohnstone they need to work on the range. 500+ miles should be the goal.
