Dear almost all land around cities has been converted into plots and sold and no money is left for construction of house, nor prople can afford more house. Also it can be seen modt kf the houses snf apartment are lying vacant and no one to hire them.
I am already constructing a 120yard house for the last 9 months and it's about to complete. But the problem I am facing is that its market value is less than the total amonunt spent although the house is situated in a well developed society. I can't hold it for long time because I had started it to keep myself busy as a self employed person. Can advise me , if possible. Thanks
Respect your opinion but I am also related to construction business. In coming next many years this industry will go worse day by day. And it’s off course related to our economy, political and injustice system. No political stability no business. In this situation no overseas will invest in Pakistan and Pakistani businesses man and ordinary person also in try to settle himself in some other country. That’s why we have flight of capital situation, that’s why Dollar and Gold are getting expensive. And still there are many house in the market for sale but there is no buyer. I think the game is over. Every coming day is becoming thought for Pakistani.
