Great video. Been in Atlanta for 4 years, my top 3 would be Old 4th Ward, Midtown (especially between 10th and 17th streets), and Buckhead (where I live now!)
Kinda agree decent lists. But if you want to see experience brook heaven but with off calendar events from the Asian and Hispanic communities Duluth, Suwannee and Alpharetta would be a good options. Specially when it comes to new concepts restaurants.
Thanks for watching. Yeah, those are nice suburbs. I specifically concentrate on areas ITP and wanted to create a list specifically for those that are focusing in this area...but def Alpharetta is a popular choice for a nice suburb and Suwannee is really pretty too!
Hi. I've been watching a lot of your videos lately. I'm 61 years old and plan to retire at 66, just over four years from now, and I want to find a walkable neighborhood to move to. If I were going today I would choose midtown. I'm a runner. I love the idea of being close to Piedmont Park and the Beltline, but I also want to be close to a MARTA station and a grocery store. I know I'm four years from moving, but I'd like to send you an email with some personal information and get your advice. And I'll keep watching your videos.
Hi John. Of course, feel free to email me your questions. Molly@mollyslesnick.com. Midtown is a great place to land - I’m a runner too and you can do several different routes from Midtown. There’s even a running group that meets up in Midtown at the running store - although they are generally a younger group of runners but all ages are certainly welcomed!
@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta I lived in the Old 4th Ward before it became O4W for 15 yrs I sold my condo in 2005. Unbelievable the changes taking place. Great video...
@@tcams76 Oh wow! you've seen it change for sure. I saw the 04W back when I moved here 13 years ago, so I had a glimpse of what it used to be like. So much development there now.

Ansley Park is better than Virginia-Highlands and it's not Midtown.
I like Ansley Park too…Virginia Highland is much more walkable though so I think that gets some extra points. 😉
