Hope you enjoy this video, finally getting a job finished for a customer, pool radiator issues and a real world plumbing connection onto a “live” heating system… If you enjoy the content then get subscribed and give it a thumbs up👍🏼
Hi Mark, Congratulations on reaching the 40k subscribers, excellent and extremely well deserved 🍻👍👍👍. Another great real world plumbing film and excellent use of the press fit on the under floor job. As we said before, all applications of connecting pipes have their place, have a great week and as always take care, regards Chris 👍👍👍
Interesting jobs this week, great content. Never seen heating drawn through like that (swimming pool), everyday a school day. Thank you Mark for the video, 40K well done.
Thanks for the video Mark 👍🏻. I'm sure you didn't forget to put some protection around the copper pipe 😜. Congrats on reaching 40k subscribers 👏🏻 👏🏻 🎉🎊 🎈
Great video, as always. I'm in no way a plumber, so I'm asking out of curiosity. Why not just use the speed fit instead of both prees and speed? Regs? Or something else?
Always good to ask sensible questions mate…. Had to use speedfit to connect to the plastic pipe… then onto copper, had to use press to extend the copper pipe as the plastic wouldn’t reach👍🏼👍🏼 Only way to connect the 2 different pipes
got my novo press tool ordered , have you got a preference on what fittings you use, cost and quality come into it but i have no idea what to buy dont know any plumbers who use press fit as im just into my 60s would be grateful for your thoughts
That main sink, i would of used a poly fitting and then come up in copper. Dont like using compression straight onto plastic just due to the compression of the olive really bites into the plastic 😊
Sink and cooker is same set up as in the video Gas hob requiring under 1m of pipe Boiler service is an ideal logic+ Could ypu give me ballpark figures please

Gotta do what you’ve gotta do sometimes Keith….. so many different ways to do it
Agree with the press fitting...I trust you could have used another plastic push fit though
Wouldn’t want to use more than is needed under a floor, had to use 1 just to connect to plastic… then straight onto copper
My only comment on that would to have been to clean the pipe before cutting it. Other than that quick fix and on to another "simple" job.👍😏
Yep good shout that 👍🏼👍🏼
On and congrats on the 40k subscribers, well deserved 🎉
Thanks mate🙌🏼🙌🏼

Thanks mate….. finally hit the big 40🙌🏼🙌🏼
Good job getting the rad to heat on heating systems the water tends to flow the easiest rought just hope it keeps working
Yep and me 👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks for that, Mark. Matty missed his calling: he should have been a dental nurse!
Hahahah…. I will tell him🤣
Brilliant, it looks like you were doing a dental procedure with your assistant on the suction😂
Hahaha…. Yep
Looks like you made 40K subscribers!
Yep proper chuffed….. 👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Nice. What did you use to cut that waste pipe when it was so close to that back panel?
Hacksaw 👍🏼👍🏼
Great video, as always.

@MJTiffPlumbing thankyou
Proper plumbing
Yep…. Real World Plumbing….. that’s what this channel is all about👍🏼👍🏼
That’s the only reason I have a mains wet vac lol
Literally forgot to check the battery…. First time ever🤣🤣
@ lol lucky it was not mains or gravity
I knew what it was before cutting it… like I said in the video👍🏼👍🏼
Good job, is Matty Dutch ?

That’s where I get my fittings 👌🏼👌🏼
mini swimming pool on that last one 🤣
Hahaha….. yep
Hi mark, on the radiator in the pool room. Are them isolation valves helping below the rad and aren’t restricted the flow due to not being full bore?
Could possibly be, however the rad has been working fine before this winter 👍🏼
🎉🎉
🙌🏼🙌🏼
Nice Mixed Bag on this Mark,
Aquaman is serious looking man 😂😂
Brilliant
😎👍🤜
Hahaha… isn’t he just
That main sink, i would of used a poly fitting and then come up in copper. Dont like using compression straight onto plastic just due to the compression of the olive really bites into the plastic 😊
As long as you have an insert in it to strengthen the pipework your all good👍🏼👍🏼
Normally I’d show all the other rads off to get the flow to that pool rad
Yep that’s one way of doing it…. If the flow is there, but you saw all the locked air coming out on this one👍🏼👍🏼
How much to fit a cooqer tap and plumb in a sink?
How much to fit a hob?
How much to service a boiler?
Depends on so many things mate
Sink and cooker is same set up as in the video
Gas hob requiring under 1m of pipe
Boiler service is an ideal logic+
Could ypu give me ballpark figures please
Run out of solder or blow touch not working?
Always have plenty of solder on the van and blow lamp is working perfectly….
Why do you ask??
You could have made up most of the pipes and cleaning before cutting. (I'm not a plumber so roast me if I'm wrong 😂)
Yep, would of saved me about 5 seconds 😝👍🏼👍🏼
But yes, I know what you mean👍🏼👍🏼
Flexi hoses wouldnt give the house room
Not sure what you mean 🤣
Couldnt you have just cut the copper and gone straight on with the speed fit coupler?
Wasn’t enough on the pipe to get it
Real plumbing isn't Speed fit
@@bovnet why isn't it real plumbing?
So this is what you do when not hosting the podcast 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣…… yep
