They need to develop a nice shopping centre complex in this area to serve Meadows of Irwin, The Estuary, Cashew Grove and Union Acres in order to prevent the need to clog the road to get to Fairview or Westgate.
@@dpark1964 it makes total sense but the various developers of these schemes lack planning wisdom/coordinated investment foresight...given the collective size of these housing communities land should be set aside in the given area for such complementary self sustaining commercial/housing development....!
Even though the road needs urgent attention, I would think it cannot be fix due to the continues rain since the passing of the great Beril, especially if they need an hot asphalt.

The water is coming from a pond close by that they moved to build the new community called Union Acres. They need to sort out that problem first.
