The article you read is actually for Edmund Ridge(the blue & white houses across the way.) I guess it's an extension of Rhyne Park, but at the same time, separate.

Thanks much for pointing that out because I knew that Rhyme Park was built long before that. Looks like it all started back in 1974 but it got delayed until 1995. I will update the video. Thanks again.
