This young fella was brought up right! He deals for the sleds the same way I would and he does absolutely beautiful work! I would love to have one of his machines. I love expansion chambers! Love’em! 📕
I always loved the sound of Aaen pipes. I was lucky enough to have a set on my zr580 back in the day and Aaen is only 45 minutes from me. If I ever get back into sleds I'm heading straight to there for pipes
hey, Todd where are you in Minnesota. I ride just East of Roseau MN in a town called Salo my dad and uncle collect XLTs and XCRs. It's cool to see all of these builds, there so fresh I could eat off the belly pan😅😂👌👌
Wow, really nice machines. Great collection. Nice to know other triple enthusiast out there like us! Thanks for taking the time to go and do that video for us Todd. Cheers! 🍻🍻🍻
Thats one heck of a collection! My uncle had a 750 storm. OMG that thing was terrifying. So so so fast. In a moment of brilliance, I tried to ride it off trail in the ditches. Heavy angry beast. Fun on the lake though!
AAEN does a great job of supporting older sleds. I believe I can still buy a set of pipes from them brand new for my vintage 70's John Deere sleds. Pretty much nobody every twin pipes a John Deere, but they'll still do it. 😂
Todd, I know you have a toy bin in your shop for all of the "extra" parts you collect over time, where's your go to for the miscellaneous parts and bolts that you don't have? I have a 1998 XLT Classic that's my son's, and a 1998 XLT Special that's the wife's, that I want to completely go through and refresh... Thanks!
Sweet collection, man they sound amazing. Best part I can literally smell them as I just got done tuning my 98 XCR 700 so my shop is a bit smokey lol. Ready for winter boss, let em sing.
Stunning sleds. That storm sound though... wow. Whats the deal on the 98? Mine had the same windshield. Also had the clear tank with a black cover. Theres a youtube video on my other channel of it. I put a 600 big block in it the last few thousand miles i had it
Man that storm sounds so sweet.
Sounds even better next to it 😁
