Stop Selling Per Hour

- Great business people understand that their value transcends mere hours worked or services rendered. Instead of nickel-and-diming their clients with hourly rates, they focus on over-communicating value from the outset. By taking the time to thoroughly understand their clients’ needs, goals, and pain points, they can tailor their offerings to deliver maximum impact and ROI.
Through strategic communication and demonstration of expertise, these business leaders showcase the value they bring to the table long before the conversation turns to money. Whether it’s through thought leadership content, case studies, or personalized consultations, they go above and beyond to educate and empower their clients, positioning themselves as trusted advisors and partners.
By the time the question of pricing arises, clients are already sold on the value proposition and are more inclined to focus on the outcomes and results they stand to gain, rather than fixating on cost. This shift in perspective not only strengthens the client-business relationship but also enables business people to command premium prices for their services, reflecting the true value they bring to the table.

😂 this guy sounds just like Trevor Noah, especially the last line when he say “ wait nah, definitely 10 million”
That is the South African accent, they are both South African.
This is South Africa, we all sound like Trevor Noah 😂😂😂
@@GerzellmNah bra I have a Jacob Zuma English accent. How can I improve my accent?
10 Million RAND = 500,000 USD
Interesting perspective
Aye the man has a beautiful and unique business mind.
Fake until you make it. Which is never
Il tell you why they dont have the price. Because they know rich people are walking in and dont need to know the price up front! If your looking for a brand new RR then you have to be rich or you cant afford it, we need to see the price! Second hand dealers are pretty good businessmen btw they know what they are doing.
A little tip from a student video editor, dont use the camera lens flare transition every time while cutting to a new clip. A raw cut is sometimes better than a transition.
Hey how it going?
How much would you charge for a basic podcast edit? Looking to start smth
Communicate the value then the price doesn,t matter.
I am sure that they don't want me to taste a Porsche or a Bentley for that matter.
But that won’t stop me from
Ofc they do. The roumor is that the taste is a bit salty with a hint of leather 😅
You can kiss it. And the leather, yummy.
Tanks are taste like rocks and hard to eat
Actually.... they DO have the price on the car. Usually woth the specs and options. 😂😂
On the windscreen???😂
Gravitas...
I think he's getting at that fact that the best things, or deals in this case, aren't just lying out in the open. The best things in life are found or made. So if you want a good deal you have to look for and find it. Or you have to sit down with someone and make it happen. The same with advertising your services. You have to find the right customers or make good customers come to you.
What’s with the shit music in the background. And the useless information
Dude it's not that deep
The price is on the car lol
I imagine this works. However for me personally I'd just be annoyed at a lack of pricing.
This the twine of Trevoh Noah.
Feel touch and sense how It feels
Where to see this entire video?
🥳🥳💪 i believe you good.
I worked at Bentley, we had prices displayed😂
I never sell by hour always by labor
Aren’t you the guy from shark tank that had that real estate lockbox with an app?
Ooh shit! I just had an epiphany
Charlie Classic reference?
So treat everyone like they can afford a porshe
facts
The aventador do not crosses the million dollars this guy’s trippin
Depends on currency
So what is the alternative he gave to selling per hour?
I am bored so I write. Selling a service or project per hour only makes you want to do it slow not good. Have a sum for the entire product, service or project that you provide and present all the value it gives before discussing pricing. Then they feel it makes sense for a high price, also it is good if you have years of experience and do great things fast, like building websites or marketing materials, being payed per hour makes you wanna so it slow, and if the buyer want a great product as fast as possible then they pay.
10 mil for a Lambo? What you buying a veneno?
its south african rand not dollars
Is this applicable to all business
Do they know exotics make a tiny fraction of the money inexpensive cars make. Which is why there are all owned by "cheap" car companies.
😂😂😂
That's the lesson I'm taking from it. Diversify your product offering. Know how to market the low end stuff, and then apply this advice to selling high end product 🤷🏽♀️
@@richelletvforyou8324 I think he wants one to put value before price. To make price easier to swallow. But he should tell his audience that selling price is inevitable. It comes with asking for the sale.
@@richelletvforyou8324 I was just noting that those who sell price initially. Usually find a stronger more stable market than value sellers. Especially with cars.
That's a little misleading. Some luxury vehicle brands were made by these manufacturers in the first place. Acura, infiniti, lexus as examples in the Asian market. Then there's the issue of the sports car bubble in the 90's that drastically changed the automotive industry. BMW is a power house that is self owned, Mercedes is another power house that Stellantis has partnered with for their diesel engines and cargo van monopoly they had.
To say that these luxury manufacturers are simply outliers that are all owned by manufacturers that emphasis cheap cars; is very wrong. A BMW is driven in just as much quantity as a Toyota Avalon, if not more. There's more MB B series cars on the road than any other premium hot hatch and the C series is a staple of the upper middle class along with the BMW 3 series.
I think you get this notion because VW was strategic, planned out a course of action to expand, leveraged neighbouring brands strengths and weaknesses, innovated heavily and invested heavily, and became one of the largest manufacfurers globally with brands such as Lambo, Porsche, Bentley, Audi.
Facts you won’t care 😂
I refuse to EVER buy anything where the price is not listed up front. Tell me the price or GTFO
you walk into a dealership and tell the salesmen to leave? 😂
People who shop for premium cars don’t have strict budgets
This guy makes up his own stories many times and plays them off as "real".
