That is so amazing! I guess he is doing the equivalent of the pizzicato throughout the piece. Very timely this video -- with all the stir in the "mandolin world" with Thile Bach CD release. Here is a monster classical mandolinist that is under the radar comparatively. I wish more conversation about players like this would happen. The mandolin seems to be a flat back with a bent top -- manufactured by?
