I like the concept of these but an idea to improve it would be to incorporate positional value in the point system for the rosters. Can do OL starters as their own, interior and tackles, or as a whole unit just worth a ton of points. QB would be worth a ton of points, RB little in comparison, etc. Also to emphasize gaps in talent instead of 1, 2, 3, 4 points it could be a scale of 1-10 and the teams just fit somewhere on that scale with the different point scales for positional value
@@bigbluebanter1108 Sure. Lot of players are good in the college and then not great in the pros. And the foot surgeries are a giant red flag for big guys.
Wasn't trying to laud but, as I said, it's close. Smith would be the fourth or fifth person to highlight in their room, yet I'd prefer that upside to the likes of Boogie Basham.
Nolan Smith was hyped to the moon and still hasn't really done anything. Yes he has more potential than Basham but not above Ojulari. He's another Nakobe Dean until he proves he's worth the hype.
@@bigbluebanter1108Bottom line is u are comparing Sh*t & manure...They hype up Smith and Basham is probably not making this team....Smith is not in Ojularis universe and he stays hurt...
@@The24hrMessenger I like the exercise and content from BBB. But these were iffy for me due to the Eagle young players being overhyped. Smith, Ringo, Davis, Dean. None of those guys have done anything. Devin White was brought up by Dan but he has not been good the past two years in Tampa and that's why they easily let him go and only signed a prove it deal. Jordan Davis has been playing two years and hasn't made any impact whatsoever. He was a high pick. So was Ereck Flowers.
@@CometVS Agreed...too much love for a team that collapsed...The Eagles offense will be top 5 in the league but the defense is not the same...time will tell
In listening to this, just a lot of assumptions that every young player that the Eagles have will work out even when the evidence hasn't suggested it yet. Eagles secondary fell off a cliff last year and then you are assuming rookies are going to be great right way. Listed Ringo was a positive and Flott as a negative. They have been the same. You can argue Flott has flashed more.
Totally agree with your assessment. But opinions are just that opinions. I'm bullish on our defense. Think it can be very good this year. NFL is year to year and you can't predict who will better than the next
The 49ers, Chiefs, Rams, and even Bangles all have top havey championship teams. I'd rather have the best starters than the best depth for units. Therefor I think Thibs and Burn are #1 both can get double digitsacks, as well Dex and our bums are better than everyone in the division. 1 All-Pro on the interior is better than 3 average players.

it's crazy how many people in the comments can't possibly recognize that the eagles and the cowboys are better than the giants. like what do you expect 😂
You're right, I sing "Fly Eagles Fly" before bed and marvel at my one Super Bowl ring while taking a big nasty Philly Cheese steak styled shit every morning.
I found these point rankings (offense & defense) as interesting but not too predictive. So many variables to these rankings.

Good way to take the micro aspect of looking at a team and just give a non detailed but decently accurate description of how good their roster is
Good idea -- thank you. We'll take that into consideration next year for this.
How fabulous would it be to finally rank at #1 in many aspects! 🤞🏻
Good stuff!!!....BUT Commanders LB corps not being #1 or #2 ? You're off on that one....
Giving Washington credit for Johnnie Newton is silly to me. Guy has already had two foot surgeries.
Was damn good in college. I would take Johnnie Newton over the Giants second option on the DL.

No disagreement with the foot injuries. Doesn't take away from what JN put on tape over his last two years.
What has Nolan Smith actually done in the NFL to be lauded?

AGREED, 2 minutes in I closed the tab. Dont have time for this trash.
Ringo is the fourth option for the Eagles rn. Flott is presumably the second. Therein lies the difference.
I'm so very upset that this very diligent and rigorous exercise was viewed as trash.
Not so sure Ringo is fourth. Bradberry isn't a starter there at CB anymore. Slay is okay right now but he's declining hard. Rest are unknowns.

These two videos have been depressing. Schoen's draft picks need to step up this season.
Hey why don’t yall have COPIZZLE on the show? He would be a cool interview

Yawn. Read tea leaves to spice these ratings up because it's a dead zone for football.
Tells you how bad of a coach Sirianni is thinking that Barkley is our best player. He's no better than a casual fan.
Scientificly homers I ❤the giants but hate delusional podcasters
Going to stop listening to you guys. I think you're closet Eagles fans and your first commercial break is way too long.
