This video, and the linked ones covering food, ship and DIY excursions have been incredibly well put together. I can’t think of anything else someone looking to travel on Aurora would need in terms of honest, unbiased and detailed information. Especially in the earlier videos in this Aurora series, it’s been great to see you and Olivia enjoy yourselves so much. Quality time with family is priceless. Keep up the great work !
Wow - This showcases this wonderful ship. There’s a lot of cruisers that swear this is P&Os finest ship and your video certainly showcases why people think that. A great ship tour and we think that Lisa will take Giles on your next cruise on this ship .. Thx for sharing this .. Brilliant !
@CooksExplore thanks guys. I would love to revisit this ship, with or without Giles 😂 It is definitely my favourite P&O ship so far but still have Arcadia and Arvia to try.
@paulhanson9960 No problem. We enjoy making them, so your kind feedback is really appreciated. Have a fabulous time on Aurora, and enjoy the Caribbean. 😁👍
@@TravellingLightLisa Thank you! Never been on more than a 12 night cruise so a 24 night one will feel strange! You and Olivia bounce off each other so well in these videos, light hearted but informative
Brilliant. My kind of video. Your second best video after the one in Lichfield. I thought the narration/commentary was excellent. The Crows Nest and Terrace Bar definitely look like my kind of places. Table tennis - fantastic, I reckon like with the darts, the old magic would still be there. Regarding the DVD's, I'd take my own combi player in case there were VHS videos available (although I'd take my own just in case).
I agree with you! And such a happy little ship too. All the staff seemed happy and friendly. She's the only cruise I've been on so far, so I'm afraid she's spoilt me for any other ship!!! 😂😂
Another excellent cruise review with plenty of great tips. I couldn't see from the video whether the PCs in the library have any CD players with them. I know that PCs don't have them now but going back a few years, the tower that came with a PC would always have a CD player in it. If they did have a CD player, that might explain why the PCs are in the library along with the DVDs as I seem to remember that, going back a few years, it used to be possible to watch a DVD on your computer by putting it in the CD player that was part of the PC tower.
I've seen quite a few videos of different P & O ships and none of them appealed to me, but Aurora looks really nice. A more traditional ship. Thanks for the tour.
It is interesting how much variety there is across the fleet. Aurora was lovely and, as you say, very traditional. As ever, thank you very much for watching and commenting.
Really enjoyed this tour nice commentary and great pace!! We are thinking of aurora next year, rach loved it this year. I love that aft, chilling in the pool must of been amazing! Wrap around deck 👍 Main reason though I want to go on is my DVD collection is getting low….blockbusters at sea😁 Lovely to see a fast cock chilling in the atrium
Cheers! That is much appreciated. 👍 We are still deciding on an itinerary for next year. We are considering something a little off piste in January (and it is not skiing!) Glad you enjoyed the gold cock! 😂 Thanks for watching again.

@BrummieNik thank you Nick! As ever appreciate all your support. Giles enjoyed his time away from me too 🤣
Fantastic review. You can’t beat Aurora - lovely ship. Agree lots of outside space. Thanks for the great video/review.
Thanks Michelle 😊 might see you back on there one day.

Thanks for the videos, looking forward to going on Aurora in October no fly to the Caribbean :)

@DiscoDavesPubReviews Thanks for watching Dave. Glad you enjoyed it. You would definitely enjoy this ship.

Glad you had a great time on Aurora too. I can see why it is voted the best P&O ship. Thank you for watching and commenting.
@@TravellingLightLisa I'd love to do a Northern Lights cruise on Aurora, but they're always at times we can't go. 😔

Someone said that the suites had DVD players. Not sure about the PCs. Thanks for watching 👍

My sister in law is going on this ship in Nov for her partners special birthday
I hope they have a lovely time.
We get to the gym via the spa there is a spiral staircase to it
Thanks for the information. Useful to know.
DVD players are a perk in the suites ….
That explains it! You can tell it's an old ship when DVDs are a perk! 😂 Thanks for watching 👍
