      Thank you Sean, yes it is powerful especially when done daily.
      Yes when breathing only through the left nostril we are activating the parasympathetic nervous system which relates to rest, digest, calmness etc. 🙏

    Hey! Would you be open to posting videos surrounding healing from ocd? Like for eg.. Monday breathwork, the next video for Tuesday breathwork etc... I'm part of a support group for ocd in Africa.. We would really love to share those videos with the community. Thank you.
