This is how I use a circular polarizing filter from PolarPro Quartz Line. I finally decided to invest in on and now I can't believe I've made it so far without one of these. If you are remotely serious about your photo/video work you have to get one sooner than I did.

Hmm good question! I never tried but I doubt it! I will get back to you if you can stack an ND filter! Regardless it is an amazing polarizing filter.
