I think about my on old 77 w200 440 and 77 short bed d100 400bb every other day haha. Got into the turbo car scene and sold them.. sure the turbo cars I built were faster but I always missed my bigblocks. Something about the raw power/torque and noise really puts a smile on my face. Also it doesn't matter how well it's built the little turbo cars are no where near as reliable. Glad to say I now have an 1989 Shelby Dakota with a mild 440 under the hood. Haha.. can be seen in my TH-cam videos, I plan on making more videos of it once it makes it across the ocean to me haha.
Heck of a better transmissions in these older trucks than the newer ones. I am on my second rebuilt transmission and I dont pull or hall anything in my truck bed.....
Looks like my brothers old 82 dodge! He had a 318 and dropped a 440 in it. Sold it for 800 bucks to a guy in Hinton,the guy sold it to a guy in Texas for 2,000. O the memories!!!

Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station fuel pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime :-(((
