I am an autodidact. I taught myself law and became a free man. I was a 16 year old teenager that was sentenced to 30 years in prison and literally grew up in the system. Before that I was raised in foster homes and an orphan home from 4 to 15 years of age. Anyway, I picked up 3 years in prison and was doing 33 years at my greatest. I found out they'd sentenced me to 17 more years than the law would allow. I filed a Post Conviction Relief through a lawyer. He refused to file the one important caselaw which was my most important issue on the P.C.R. He wrote 10 pages of mumbo jumbo double jeopardy alleged arguments. It was pure blather. I was in a Super Max prison at the time and all the horror stories you hear about the violence inflicted by the guards are real and factual. I am a witness to these brutalities committed in these type of prisons. Anyway, my lawyer refused to include the caselaw in my P.C.R. and I was forced to file a LAWYER'S COMPLAINT against him with the American Bar Association. My reasoning was simple; I am in Supermax and am in the system as far as they can possibly put me back with the exception of deathrow. I've been in this world of hate since I was a 16 year old teenager. My lawyer is a multimillionaire and lives in a 5 million dollar mansion in Scottsdale Arizona and it's apparent he doesn't care about my freedom. if I don't file this LAWYERS COMPLAINT I will die here in prison and he will carry on as usual in his opulent lifestyle. I had nothing to lose so I filed it. The A.B.A. agreed with me and pressured him to correct himself within 3 business days or face disbarment. He showed up all of a sudden and included the caselaw in my writ. He wanted me to take my complaint off the dockets with the A.B.A. but I refused because that was my leverage. What I learned is you can pay these fanciful highly regarded lawyers money and they can still screw you over legally if you let them get away with it. It's funny how a layman at law is supposed to know these things but how can you unless you teach yourself law just like I did. Law school talks about the wedding layer cake model and this template is the truth when it comes to the legal system. In my estimation I spent at least 2,000 hours in a concrete and steel cubicle the size of a narrow stand up shower stall meticulously studying law. They would cuff me up in my cell and take me to that concrete cubicle and I'd spend many a day for 14-16 hours without eating. All I'd do is research and study law like my life depended on it because it did. And just so that you know I spent close to a decade in Super Max while the guards are constantly beating the guys in the cells next to me and around me. I initially wound up in Super Max when I was 19 years old because 10 guards rushed me and my celly and beat us with bats. They beat us so bad that one of the guards who participated in our beating actually apologized to us afterward! I am almost 55 years old now and have been free for over 20 years. The onus is on the layman to know his rights unless you are filthy rich. This applies to any branch of law as far as I'm concerned. I would like to believe lawyers are good people but my experience has proven otherwise.

Are you able to find work today? I ask because so many gain their freedom but never could find work and live with the F letter. Felony that prevents them from living life. Then a lot of them do what society forces them to do so they can bitch about they forced them to do.

@@lapassurs5383 Just so that you know I did acquire other skills while incarcerated. In 1995 I made about $225,000.00 in 12 months trading stocks while in prison. The guards absolutely hated me and it was all based on jealousy that some prisoner under their control had way more money than they had. Plus they know I'm intelligent more so than they are. They tried to instigate me to get beaten, jumped and even killed. Ya, they hated me. If I was a normal prisoner they would've taken me to some cell and beaten the he'll out of me but because I had money and a lawyer they kept their hands off of me. The guards and prison administration so used to abusing their power and beating every prisoner they want at their whim that once you inject a lawyer to defend your rights it pisses them off to no end. It's so severe that I'd call their reaction as child like. Their behavior mimics a group of kids who don't like one kid at school so they wait until school is out and beat the kid where no one can witness it. They're childish in their behavior. They don't care that they know they're going to violate your rights by beating the he'll out of you. They just want to destroy your self esteem by beating the shit out of you to invoke their power and control over you and only then will they feel good about themselves. They will actually feel happy and exude joy as they walk away from your isolation cell as you lay in your own blood on a hard concrete floor. Sorry I side tracked quite a bit here. This is my reality what I went through in prison. I did all my time in hard-core prisons where bloodshed and extreme violence is the language spoken in these decrepit places.

You’d be so much more well off to also get your hands on a copy of Black’s Law dictionary! Even using terms such as “understand” doesn’t mean what we think it does. When a judge asks you “do you understand?” It doesn’t mean “does this make sense to you?” It means “do you stand under this?” As in “are you for this?”
There’s so much that we think we know that we have no idea what legalese is all about. There’s a reason why they make it so complicated and it’s all intentional.

This woman is very insightful and 100% correct in everything she is saying. Some of this information is going to seem way out there but just like some of the wildest conspiracy theories out there when you take the time to look into it it’s actually true. The level of deception that is going on is remarkable and like she said they assume that we are either too lazy or too dumb to understand. That’s because it’s not easy information to fully understand on the first take. You’ve got to be persistent and patient and over time you’re going to be blown away by the differences between the way things really work and how we all think they work

So I just had a bill collector call me - they've been calling me a lot...so after watching the video a day ago 😂
I was ready and politely said
"I'm going to record the call as well, on my end!" Well..... he disconnected the call so my question is: if what they are doing is legal, why don't they want to be recorded?
    And thank you again💖

    • @LaDa620
      @LaDa620 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

I have worked as a collector and customer service in a call center. In my personal experience as a customer and working as a collector. If you tell a collector you are recording the call, they get upset. We are trained to not give consent. We either disconnect the call or if the person keeps talking it’s assumed they are giving consent. Customer service call center if you tell them not to record you or you’re recording, it’s usually no problem.

@ICO mate, thanks for following up with me. I know of a guy who is sovereign. Perhaps it's by the same process you mentioned. Hubby says once you claim said benefits & sovereignty, it's cool, but one has to be prepared to deal with the colonizers on a whole other level. He feels like many don't want that smoke since they are the law writers and can change them at will, at any point. So, he's not saying stay on the plantation so to speak. It's more like, be mindful of what them freedom papers bring and stick with learning the Torah.

That’s our problem in Congress too. We already have laws but don’t enforce them. Then the people scream for a law and instead of politicians coming out and saying it, the pompously rewrite or change and huff and puff and miraculously the people get what they want and politician looks like a hero. Which is why we have so many conflicting laws. Wasn’t a lawyer but write and negotiated contracts for 32 years local, state, fed, commercial and some international. Amazing how many laws that are codified conflict with case law. Or codified with codified. Agency regulations violate state law, we have way too many regulations rules and laws. This country is for the people by the people but the only people who understand are the elite politicians or lawyers and even they don’t understand so we have levels of appeal. I always say there are two tables in a court room but there is more than 2 opinions on the law. There’s also a judge. And jury. And social and media. It’s become so conflicting; like when a judge follows the law but people don’t like it. Well, tough. It’s the law. But they want the judge to change their decision anyhow, which is childish and temper tantrum-like. We keep making it more complicated. You’d be stunned if you read the terms of service in everything you download or use.

Also, though, we need to be careful about the language we use. For example, we are not consumers. We are citizens. Up until about two decades ago we were referred to as citizens and then it changed to consumers. Language is power. Spelling= spells, cursive=curse…hence the signature. Karma is real, it must’ve clear what we are agreeing to, otherwise it absolves the person doing harm and creates an energetic contract for the karmic burden.

You can discharge your m-2 debt by using a UCC refusal without dishonor UCC 3-501. It must be filed timely. The best argument is, it is not Lawful for any 3rd party collectors... and if they purchased your debt, they must have a bill of sale, and if they produce one, all you could owe them is the price that they paid for the debts. Look up the definitions of m-1 money m-2, m-3. Universal Commercial Code's. I have been studying the law for 55 years. Bless all you with the knowledge, and understanding of the Truth!

If they buy your debt, that relieves you if you legal obligation to pay the original debt because you did not sign a contract with the third party. If you ask them for “proof of contract” which they can not provide to you because your debt contract was signed by your initial party, not the third party (debt collector), you can have them wipe your debt off your credit score and be done with them.

@@BetterBodyCrew Hello, how are you? I just came across your video and I'm glad that you are touching on this subject. I don't know if you have legal dictionaries, mainly Black's law dictionaries to use while your reading the United States Codes. The words words that we were taught in schools are totally different from legalese.
It's all about contract law, commerce and your standing.
Have you looked up the legal definition of what a "Person" is? Do you know who you are? Do you remember what a proper noun is and how it is written? Look at the name that's on all of your bills, identification, etc. Ask yourself, Do I write "my" name like that? Is this my name? Is that "my" credit report? Do you own anything or Does an entity owns everything? The rabbit whole goes deep. Look up legal definitions for United States, artificial person, ens legis, strawman, juridic person, usufruct, natural person and feudal system. Also look up the GPO Style Manual. Keep researching love because nothing is what it seems to be....You are on the right track.

You dropped so much knowledge but 1 thing you said completely off topic has completly brightened my outlook on my future. Which has been dark for longer than I have been able to bare. You said.. im paraphrasing... you son has gained knowledge from being in the environment in which these things are being discussed. (BEAUTIFUL AND INSPIRING ON ITS OWN) ..i believe you carried on with some name drops and said you've got to hang around these people yall.. which connected an idea I picked up from Jim Kwik with an amazing way to execute it with precision. I heard Jim saying in one of his videos that We are an average of the 6 people we spend the most time with. At the time it made me sad because I have been so isolated and it also made me realize that often the people we spend the most time with it are not nessasarily of our choosing and or in our lives due to circumstances. Resulting in unexpected personal traits being picked up maybe even some negative behaviors and unwanted habits. Which is something I have seen in friends and family ever since i was introduced to the concecpt. Iv been more aware of impactful the people surrounding us can be. Most importantly while watching your video I realized that my Isolation is an amazing opportunity to fine tune the people I am surrounded by. I have a unique opportunity to filter out and let in only the people who are going in influence and contributing to my well being and future in positive and meaningful ways. Through social media and content providers like yourself. Thank you for your time and knowledge! I go by Red and I am in the silicon bay area with my 12 year old and I am EXCITED!

Girl! I love you and what your saying. You are so right about them counting on the fact that we don't have the time to not only read, research, understand and then do something about our rights being violated by some company. I bought a townhome for myself and 2 small children, as a single mother because I didn't have time for gardening, money for the pool man and other maintenance issues associated with homeownership. However, townhomes have the dreaded HOA!!
When the time came for them to cross that line I had work to do and I did but I didn't have time for the fight and I've regretted not carrying through. The violation fees and subcontractors harassment were outrageous. I personally went to the security company to report the actions of they're employee, cause the HOA wouldn't do anything to help me, I got fined $100. for doing so!!! What!! Ya, I finally left after 19 years there. It is a lot of work but, like I tell my children INFORMATION IS OUR FRIEND. Thank you for all your hard work. This was my first video of yours but will not be my last.
