Because of Abel the human child that survive the crash in the beginning of xenogears story ten thousand years ago.When Desus crash landed onto the planet he created Miang as well as Cain and the Gazel ministry.These artificial humans made by Desus are program to one day merge back with Desus and all the descendants born out of the union of Miang and Cain/Gazel ministry are destined to become body parts of Desus too when he is resurrected.Afterall they are all Anima and Animus "parts of Desus".Only humans born out of the union of Abel and Miang can escape this destiny as their genetic materials is not totally compatible with Desus.That is why Fei and some of the characters in this game survive on the apocalypse.
I was going to correct you and say that this should be Able and Elly but then I remember a line that she is always sterile no matter the reincarnation so this theory of yours might be right.
Small problem: Elly is almost sterile in every moment. Only those tied to the Wave Existence directly know the truth of Deus, Zohar and the Wave Existence. Miang exists in all females because she was the catalyst to creating all the humans from the point of the transport ship crashing onward. Only Miang, the Contact and Antitype do this.
If the emperor and the ministry are all animus, who were separated from their amina when the separated core of deus used the -persona-, creating all the first life on the planet; and that life that was created turned out to be the emperor and the ministry, who are all animus who want to be reunited with their anima, HOW did they populate the earth. Miang just says that they were created, gave birth and propagated or something. How did they do that if they were all males separated from their females?
The True Miang (the long purple haired woman in the opening cutscene) was the first and only human directly created by Deus. She gave birth to tons of people in rapid succession before dying. Cain and the Gazel Ministry were the first of her children and so have the highest Ethos power. After she died, the first Miang was transferred to one of the women she gave birth to but Miang found she was incomplete since her "Antitype" was separated from her in the form of Elly; which she was able to finally possess here since Dues was reactivated.
The Kadamony created the first humans bar Abel. Miang repurposed it to make the Gazel Ministry and Emperor Cain and then natural evolution and procreation took effect. Miang had access.to all humans but she could only dominate women bar the Antitype.
Abel who was a human from Earth had sex with the artificial first mother thus providing genetic diversity outside of Deus. This created more diversity in the new human species. From then on humanity evolved to the present of this game.
Thought that was the one where they find out soylent is people. Then we have the redpill moment to understanding this game is a fictionalized representation of our current world, and that we have eaten people through the industrial food supply system, ie, there is human meat in McD's burgers.
If this was a red pill scene then the perfect works book must've been the prescription bottle the pill came it. It fills in a bunch of gaps in the story.
Este juego me hizo preguntarme muchas cosas que no preguntare ahora, pero viendo esta escena otra vez, me pregunto, ¿Por qué nadie los detuvo? según lo que Myyah dice, ella necesitaba estar en el cuerpo de Elly para poder activar a deus, entonces ¿Por qué no la detuvieron? por muy ultra mega mente maestra que sea Myyah, es una mujer normal, no tiene fuerza mas que el cuerpo de la mujer que posee, y Elly era muy débil, Rico podía saltarle encima y apresarla para que no intente nada, y los otros menos Fei, que estaba herido, podían lidiar con Karellen, que tampoco era muy fuerte, porque nunca mostro algún poder mas allá de ser muy inteligente, ser inmortal y ya, los otros, Bart, Shinta, Billy y Emeralda podían evitar que intentara algo. Pero no, se quedaron quietos como estatuas.

I think they were not propagated by natural procreation, but by nanites. At least the first generation of them anyway.
