Just went through this with my 06. After replacing every sensor and ipr it was the exhaust back pressure sensor. While driving along under light to moderate pedal it would act like it was completely shutting off for a split sec and shuddering. Never did it at full throttle.
Mine would do the same thing. Replaced crank and cam sensor and still didn’t fix it, until I pulled and messed with the wiring harness that goes down too crank and cam sensor while it was running and it would skip and run like hell so try that out wiggle the harness while it’s on
What's with the show truck stickers in the windows? Are they like participation trophy's? Or is it just like leaving your ticket in your window after launching your boat and just never removing it?
my 6.0 has trouble starting on flat ground but has no problem starting when parked facing down an incline. any ideas? I feel like its something in the fuel system
hey i know what's wrong i had the same problem with my 2006 ford f350 6.0 i just got it this summer it had 175km when i fist picked it up it was doing this but it wasn't to bad so i dint think anything of it as it had been sitting for 5 months but slowly over the summer it got worse until i could barely drive it because it would shutter so bad and misfire i have the same tuner you do i had a code fore a crank shaft position censor so i changed that and it didn't do anything i took it too a shop and they said it was a bad ficm so i changed that too it didn't do anything so i took it back and they said that it way injectors don't remember what cylinders, i really didn't want too but i ordered all new injectors 155/30 went with a size up for some more power was only a little bit more money anyway and yeah that was differently my problem the truck has never ran this good so much power and way better on fuel to i might be wrong but that's what my truck was doing i thought it was my transition at first too but it was definitely the injectors for my it also would sound like it was cold starting in -40 when it was the middle of summer i would definitely look at your injectors i can also ask the machinic what test he ran on the injectors to figure out what was wrong with them hope this helps you if you have a question ill reply and try and help you since i went through the same thing. keep up the great videos

If you’re rpm is stuck at a certain number it’s your tune. A sct tuner will do that but a cts won’t
Ford guys never give up even with plastic valve train parts if you wanna know what a black hole looks like just get a 6.0

Is it shuttering when it goes into overdrive you said?
What tunes do you have for your truck and where you get then
@@10galaxyboio82 custom tunes from innovative
Did you just get them off online or was it in person
Maf code and egr codes will undoubtedly cause driveability issues on a diesel you need to sort those out
wonder if your crank sensor isnt reading right

My buddy had that issue. Swapped it for a ppumped 24 valve seemed to fix it
Definitely fuel related, does this issue occur when u are below a 1/4 tank per chance?
@ no, I keep it full most of the time
@@piersonjohn1264I’d guess your pulling air sumwhere in the rear half of the truck
@ how could I fix that?

Just return it to stock and see if it goes away. That’ll tell u if it’s tuning related or not.
If u have a weak injector it’ll make it shutter/vibrate when accelerating at certain rpms.
are those 6.4 stocks? also are you running spacers?
Yes 6.4 stocks with no spacers
Its not injectors
