I always knew someone with such enormous power couldn’t be simply a king. I don’t care for if he deserved it or not, if he was wrong or right; actually I admire him badly (I never watched the whole series nor read the manga completely, only knew a little) yet, even at all cost I would have support the bastard; he definitely had a vision (even if it was akward). Would be great if they animated third season b well, if not, there is the manga (but I didn’t wanna read it, even less while feeling so upset with Hugo -because if no reason, I simply admire sinbad the most.
sinbad himself said that he is a greedy person. instead of becoming a king of a nation he wanted to be the king of the world by using David because David know future after combining with illilah. He not a bad person just greedy. the way he do thing are not evil just people which are innocent seem like it evil thing to do.
@@SkyAceGod true... It all boils down to perspective. Although I do not get the greed of being in the top of the world, nor will I ever support it, Sinbad is my favorite character. There is complexity in his simplicity of a goal. He is not just typical too honest, too pure character. He is human; who is greedy but knows how to share, who manipulative but kind, and he is someone who knew that with power comes greater responsibility thus he can't always remain clean and have to deal with underhanded methods.
Realistically, in the world of man, the greater power you posses, the darker your hands will get.
@@aquaamethysttears5183 Pretty late, but not to mention that Sinbad's reasons to become the King of the World very likely still falls into line with his intentions to create Sindria: A country of peace and prosperity. The issues with his plans were simply the hubris to believe that only HE could achieve that goal (In a way, you can't completely blame him. It's definitely feeding into one's ego when a person gets banned from conquering any more dungeons. It was like this man was doing it as a hobby) and absolutely straying from the right methods to achieve his goal by (and I quote Ja'far here) "becoming the type of man he hates". Aka, viewing people as expendable tools - a means to an end.
Dude looks like a final fantasy boss in most of these Djinn Equips.

after years of watching magi, this anime would always be my favorite because of the AMAZING storyline and how perfect every character is. Sinbad will also always be my favorite character, his style is great and even in the manga i still loved Sin as how he is. Actually when he turned into a villian, everything got better WE UNDERSTOOD the story very well. Like who was david? what were his intentions? who is solomon? why did he want to stop david? Sinbad answered all our questions, thats why the manga without Sin would be nothing. But i was really heartbroken in the end, when Sin died i was so sad for days because Sin was and still is my favorite character! Also people should read Adventures of Sinbad its VERY different from the anime and i love it! Magi needs more attention, but for some reason i dont want it to get popular, because of the weird fandoms if you know what i mean. But, it would still be nice if people watch it.

İn the sinbad no bouken manga Serendine beat sinbad in an intellectual battle and gained the ownership of zepar , Serendine s main objective was to save her kingdom from its evil ruler barbarossa and she asked sinbad for help but Barbarossa gave sinbad a land for him to build a country to make an alliance with him So sinbad refused to fight against barbarossa therefore Serendine used zepar s power to brainwash sinbad, according to serendine s orders brainwashed sinbad attacked barbarossa and the war started İn that war Serendine and Sinbad fought against barbarossa and they defeated him in the end but Serendine died in that war and her rkuh was absored by sinbad and with this way Sinbad gained the ownership of zepar because now he has the rkuh of serendine

Ironically, despite having multiple djinns, Sinbad always runs into the situation where he can't use any of them simply because of getting stripped naked.
I honestly hate and love that sinbad was the only one really to acquire multiple djinns. They definitely should have had at least one person to rival his skill and multiple captures
If I remembered right, the eldest of the Kouen brothers have three captures. I think there are other two captures too besides Hakuryuu, just not mentioned.

@@racingandy Honestly i’m surprised they never went down the route of having them able to equip multiple vessels at the same time as well. I know they speak on why they can’t within the material but it’d still have been awesome for them to tease the idea of it. Like a fusion djinn equip
