@@sontran5312 You can activate a separate turret to shoot at enemies, but you can't directly control it. its very good for shaking tails. Hope this helped!

It does look cinematic as all hell having a single ship model squadron, and the y-wing is my all time favourite ship, right above the arc-170 and the decimator
My personal favorite is the TIE bomber, but I agree - bombers in general deserve more love than they get. I loved how tanky Y-Wings were in Rogue Leader, and I love the TIE Bomber's aesthetic of "I need you really dead so I bolted on an extra cockpit just so I could fill it with guns."
Not the ion cannon tho I'm assuming it was meant to be that in the rogue squadron game, it's actually the lasers tbh (never mind noticed it was ion cannon blasts but since when do they make explosions on star fighters!?)

I'm a dedicated Y-Wing dogfighter. Rotary canon, auto fire ion canon, and magnetic mines keep me near or at the top of my team's kill list. Shredding Interceptors is so satisfying.
My Y-Wing was actually configured for dogfights and not capital ship damage! It had Seeker Mines and starfighter missiles hahaha. Great video though as always 👍
I did this with all supports and it was hilarious. The enwmy team barely got any kills because we were constantly healing each other and giving shields

I’d like to try this challenge with a squad who practices up their shield management, it has potential!
During this video I kept calling out “rebalance your remaining shields!” “Dump more energy into them between skirmishes, to overload for the next encounter!” Easy to say as a back seat observer, I know. But the potential is there.
Broosss you gotta be under the shields to damage the ships systems. I don’t know how efficient it is but it’s certainly cool to do what they do in the movies and fly down the hull of the star destroyer and then aim up at the shields. It seems to work too since there’s an area where the hull moves up and you get a line of sight to the shields and you aren’t right up against them.
SLAM engines, regens your boosts constantly so you can put more into your shields to get close to those shield generators. Works well for me on all fighters that have them tbh 👍
3 Bombers, 2 Support. I feel like that could be great fun with Support using Ion Cannons to turn Starfighters into sitting ducks and backing up the Bombers with Tactical Shields and Resupply Droids. Bombers just annihilate everything.
I think they should add crews/clans where you can add up to 20 people (then select 4 of the other 19) for fights big team battles/ massive fleet battles More character faces & alien voices More ship skins and cosmetics
The Y-Wing is so under rated the rotary cannon is insane once you get it down. If you want to try it use the homing one for a couple of matches to get used to the charge and then switch to the unguided since it does more damage.
I had the Idea once to Have a Full Squadron of U-Wings/Support Ships in Dogfight with every U-wing with Turrets and Repair, so they would constantly deploy Turrets to kill and just fly around and repair each other.
I play bombers like only bombers. And I haven't lost a game in a while. Good weapon damage. And great damage against capital ships which is exactly what bombers are for
Can we get 5 U-Wings together, each of them using the squadron mask in succession? It lasts for 10s with a 20s cooldown, so you could keep the whole squad hidden for the entire game...
Can I get a remembrance of all those brave Y wing pilots lost at the battles of Kaliida Nebula, Ryloth, geonosis ,Kamino, Sullust, Patitite Pattuna, Umbara, Anaxes, scarif, yavin, mon cala, tatooine and endor
No disrespect, but it's frustrating watching you play with that load out on the Y Wing. lol Anyways, I think you'll want to concentrate on shields and weapons ( blasters and bombs ) only. You'll be able to take out any subsystem with one run by yourself. Imagine in a group. X-Wing next. 👍
Honestly probably would've been an extremely easy win if you all had rotary cannon + beam laser and assault shield. Pretty much would delete anything you all decide to attack
The only effective bomber build is proton bomb and ion bomb. Change my mind I get at least 50,000 damage every round. Curious, how much damage to my other bomber mains get?
Still experimenting but have proton and ion bombs and the pronoun bombs and goliath missiles (can one shot every turret on a corvette and destroy groups of turrets on everything else.)
Ships With Big Bottoms club. Reaper would be more fun if it didn't feel like flying in the House from Up. At least the U wing has a slim profile from most angles.

Apparently stunning an enemy with a ywing and going above said stunned enemy and dropping proton bombs on the poor sucker works

The Y wing was my least favourite ship in the X-Wing game series. Yet it's my most used ship in Squadrons
I main a TieBomber and I dont have to much trouble in fleet battles and in dogfights the Bombers slaughter most other ships.
