He was probably shocked at what he had done and maybe how he even let peer pressure make him lose one of his best friends. Nope Jupe is an incredible actor and did this scene so well!
You can definitely tell the body characteristics that Julian has, to show that he is a bully. I mean, the leather jacket he wears, and the dull, black hair he has definitely makes him look like a tough guy!! It definitely convinces the audience that he is the main Antagonist of the story! I really love how the costume person established that depiction! This was genius what the director, writer, and the costume person did!! It was very creative, and lair!!

That’s not my school at all. I remember i say I fight happen, then 2 of the school basketball players (centers btw, the tallest guys on the court) one pushed the dude off the other kid so hard he tripped and stayed down, then they helped the kid being pinned. I got a pretty good school
I’d held it together just about until this scene. But seeing Jack finally be able to realise what he’d done and decide it was time to start sticking up for his friend had me in tears. This film is exceptional for the good light it shines on all the characters, even those who are seemingly awful. (Except Julian’s mum, screw her)

The delight of this entire movie, other than the premise, was the incredible performances of these young actors. When Jack realizes what he’s done and breaks down in the teacher’s arms, I wanted to run through the screen and hug him like he was my own boy.

The delight of this entire movie, other than the premise, was the incredible performances of these young actors. When Jack realizes what he’s done and breaks down in the teacher’s arms, I wanted to run through the screen and hug him like he was my own boy.
The teachers in this movie are so understanding. Unbelievable, my teachers suck at handling these situations.
