The restoration has been done, with modern amenities and 2.5 baths, while retaining the charm of an old farmhouse. Sufficient land for privacy with the option of having a horse or chickens! The annexe provides a possibility for rental income if not used for family purposes. I suspect that this will sell promptly.

Such a sweet home. Love the wood floors! It truly has so many things one can do, and the ability to have guests or family stay in the gite or to rent it out, makes it even nicer. Lovely are all around! So perfect for anyone who would like the choice to drive car if going far, or walk to stores near them. Truly someone will be getting quite a lovely home!
