I absolutely love briggisana and I am so happy to have it my collection. Mine is still a juvie but looking forward to those larger cool looking pitchers! It seems to have slowed down in the heat and now I see it makes total sense when you describe each parent.
These cost a bit of a premium where I live (Australia). Just bought a medium-sized one for $150AUD, but I’ve seen them go for over $200AUD on auction sites. Glad to finally have one though!
I love my Brigg, it is to my suprise doing well in the warmer summer temps with no signs of stress! FYI: it gets up to about 87 farenheits (31 celcius) at its peak:).
@@WindowsillNepenthes Bonjour Remy, first I’d like to thank you for the informative videos. You directly influence all the nepenthes I have purchased thus far. I’m not new to plants but new to Nepenthes. I have 7 so far and 1 on the way. I think it’s a Nepenthes spathulata × robcantleyi. And I heard a lot of things about Robcantleyi being picky about certain things. So is it possible to get a vid on that hybrid or the Robcantleyi. Thx sorry for the long message. And I’m in Philadelphia SE facing window.
@@WindowsillNepenthes Subtitles should work. The Video is really similar with the Comparison of the Parent Plants so on. But actually nice. He did it for the German speaking People and you for the International People.🙂
I don't have pure mollis. I have n. (robcantleyi x mollis) And n. [(mollis x veitchii) x veitchii]. I would not recommend pure mollis on a windowsill. ;)
@@WindowsillNepenthes hey man, i just got this nepenthes gracilis0, will it do ok on a windowsill? Its a lowlander, apparently easy species to grow but im not sure if it really needs to be in a tererium or bowl of some sort

very nice plant
Interesting video . I have one.. May I ask, where do you get those trays from?
The trays come from hydroponic stores ;)
Love this kind "species spotlights"
I'll try to do another one later when another plant is adult :)

I'm glad to see a spotlight vid. I was going to ask if you were still doing them. Do you take request lol ?
Haha I take ideas 💡 yes, depending if I grow the species and if it's old enough ;)

spathulata x robcantleyi will require cold night but it looks great. I don't have this hybrid but when my rob will be bigger I'll make a video ;)
Thanks😊, planning to get one of this.
It's a great cross 😀 My beginner best.
Beautiful and easy😊👍
Nice! Matze from Green Jaws did the same Video last week!😁🌱👍
Haha I guess it's logic people with the same passion talks about the same things. :) I'll try to watch his.

Can’t wait for might to get its upper pitchers
so cute!
I love briggs! I just got a lowii, but I still need me a good briggs. Maybe in 10 years I can produce my own seeds grown😂. Also what form is this one?
For the form I have no clue, it originally came from a garden center in BC, somebody bought it for me.
@@WindowsillNepenthes oh man you guys have nice garden centers. You can barely find a ventrata where I’m from
Nice
You should do a nepenthes mollis spotlight (I'm not sure you have one but I sorta remember you do)

@@WindowsillNepenthes Oh I'm glad I didn't get it, I almost bought it because I thought you had pure mollis.
Are we gonna ignore the GIANT Truncata pitcher that was in the backround
Haha good catch 😂

@@charleskendall6401 n. gracilis is like n. mirabilis, lowlander so it like having high humidity. Depending on your humidity it is possible 😉
@@WindowsillNepenthes im in minnesota so can it be acclimated to a windowsill condition houses tend to be a bit dry inside
